Rules governing the use of the HelloLink website and services.

Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of hellolinks.net, as well as subscription to the Hotspot, PPPoE and VPN services and the HelloLink client portal.

Access to services

Our plans are prepaid or billed monthly, with no fixed-term commitment unless stated otherwise. Access is subject to technical availability and coverage area.

Responsibilities

HelloLink commits to keeping the service continuously monitored, without guaranteeing absolute availability. Users commit to lawful use of the network.

Changes

HelloLink reserves the right to amend these terms; any material change will be communicated to customers.
